About this property
Spacious 2 floor apartment on the ground floor with 50m2 patio terrace with seating and dining area.
Bathroom with shower on the groundflour. Large kitchen with all new equipment. Three bedrooms, one master bedroom with spacious closet and another double bed bedroom with built in closet. The third bedroom has 2 bunkbeds and is ideal for children, or during winterstay, to store the suitcases. All bedrooms are on the first floor with a shared bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
The livingroom is spacious and modern. There is a separate dining table in the garden that can be brought inside during colder months.
The apartment is heated with electric radiators (one in each bedroom, and one in the livingroom) and a fan for the bathroom.
The garden is big facing Northwest allowing the sun to come in from around 14.00 in the seating area at the garden (March onwards).
There is a private parkingspace, two padelcourts that are free to use. Two pools (closed during winter), and their are two bikes with courtesy of the owners.
