Most travellers go elsewhere on the Spanish coast. We chose this one because what hasn't happened here yet is its biggest asset — and because we know it.

Sherry bodegas, flamenco from Jerez, and the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art — all within a half-hour drive of where you'll be living.
Doñana on your doorstep
Across the river from Sanlúcar lies Europe's most important wetland. Flamingos, wild horses, and a stretch of untouched coast you can see from the apartments.
Real towns, real neighbours
Cafés where coffee still costs €1.60. Bars where the locals eat, not tourists. Markets you walk to. Spanish is still the first language at the corner shop.
How we work
Not a platform. A local operation.
CostaStay manages a curated set of homes on the Costa de la Luz for stays of one to nine months — mainly in the off-season. We don't take bookings by the night, we don't take payment online, and we don't have a thousand listings. We work with the homes we know and the people we trust.
Off-season focus
Quieter beaches, milder weather, fairer prices. Our model is built for people who can travel outside the July–August peak.
Long stays, not holiday lets
Stays from one to nine months — you live here, you don't visit. We take care of the paperwork.
No platform between you and the home
We're an Andalusian rental agency, not a nightly-rental site. We know every owner on this list personally and we're within an hour of every home we offer.
Local support in Andalusia
We don't outsource to a call centre. Your contact people, Richard and Concha, are in Spain and reply on WhatsApp in hours — in English, Dutch or Spanish.

They've visited every home on this site personally and know each landlord.
